This BETA Trial Agreement is effective from the date you enter into the Beta environment. Your participation in and confidential access to the Beta Trial are subject to Magic Notion’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy which can be found below.

Magic Notion’s Privacy Policy
To be able to access the Beta, you will need to already own a copy of Kitty Powers Matchmaker Makeover on Steam, and be a member of the Magic Notion Discord. Magic Notion are not responsible for the associated costs of this requirement. To participate in the Beta Trial you will be provided with an access key to be used on Steam. You agree that you will not provide any keys to any other person or entity.
Testers are not permitted to discuss Beta content outside of the approved channels. There are separate private beta tester Discord channels on the Magic Notion server where you can talk to other testers and Magic Notion, report bugs and provide feedback.
You acknowledge that the Beta software is provided “as is” and there are no warranties or guarantees of performance. We ask that you report any bugs, glitches or limitations to us via the Beta Discord channels.
You acknowledge that Magic Notion relies on your honest, good faith, and unbiased commentary, suggestions and evaluations of the Game during the Beta Trial. You agree that you will act at all times with the highest ethical standards in connection with your participation in the trial. Neither this agreement nor your participation in the Beta Trial constitutes any employment relationship, association, joint venture etc between the parties.
As part of the Trial you may provide “Feedback” which includes but is not limited to suggestions, commentary, ideas, concepts or other related statements. You acknowledge that all Feedback becomes the property of Magic Notion and that we are free to disclose and use Feedback submitted as we see fit without obligation of any kind to you. To the extent that we are unable to claim exclusive ownership rights to any Feedback, you hereby expressly grant Magic Notion a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable right to exercise all rights of any kind to the Feedback. It is at Magic Notion’s discretion how Feedback is used and whether it is actionable, we are under no obligation to make any suggested changes.
You agree that all tasks you may undertake relating to the Beta Trial, including but not limited to playtime, bug reporting and providing of feedback, shall be performed without monetary compensation or benefit of any kind, and without any expectation of such compensation now or in the future. This paragraph will survive the termination of the Agreement.
You acknowledge that Magic Notion may terminate the Beta Trial at any time, including, without limitation, prior to the commercial release of the update. Please note, any progress and achievements made during the BETA test may not be transferable and your progress may reset upon official release of the update. Magic Notion reserves the right to reset the Game, your account, your characters, achievements and/or in-game settings during the Beta Trial.
