Kitty DOES look good in pixels!

We posted this a little while ago on Facebook, but in the spirit of teasing you about the new Fan Art we have to show you in a little while, we thought we'd post this here!

A little while ago we asked our friend Dan Emmerson (@DoodleDemmy on Twitter) to come up with his idea for what Kitty Powers would look like as an old school point and click adventure and here's what he came up with!

What's more we turned it into a profile background and 5 new emoticons for you to collect on Steam! You lucky things!

Kitty will be pleased! She DOES look good in pixels after all!

RuPaul's Drag Race UK Ambassador

Hello kittens! 

As as you may or may not know, RuPaul's Drag Race has just started airing on terrestrial TV in the UK on a channel called TruTV.

In order to celebrate, TruTV held a competition to find the RuPaul's Drag Race UK Ambassador and  Ms Kitty was a finalist!

In order to get that far Kitty had to submit a video, introducing herself and doing a lip synch of one of RuPaul's songs.

The final took place at the end of May at the Cafe de Paris in London, where Kitty had to compete with twenty other queens in front of Katie Price, Jonathon Ross and RuPaul herself! 

Sadly Kitty didn't win but she had a wonderful time sashaying down the catwalk in front of one of her idols! Take a look at the clips below and see if you can spot Kitty!

Congrats to The Vivienne for winning the crown and to all the other queens for being so lovely!

the lovely people at Polygon wrote a piece about Kitty and the game yesterday so we thought we'd share it with you. They did an interview with Richard last week where he talked about why he created the game and what Kitty means to him.

Turn the music off on your Let's Play Videos

Kitty Powers' Matchmaker uses licensed music because we have a LOT of music and it's expensive to get your own composed.

Because of that though, you MAY have issues when posting 'Let's Play' videos to Youtube because it detects the music and puts a content claim on it. Sadly our license does not currently cover other people broadcasting that music and making money from those broadcasts. 

We may be able to change that in the future (depending on how much it will cost us!), but for now we would advise you to turn the music off in the options menu before recording your game footage. This will eliminate the issue.

You are totally safe to leave all other sound effects on as loud as you like as they belong to us :-)
